I was hesitant on buying this chair because of some of the bad reviews about setting it up and the low side arms, but I thought it was super easy to set up-- it took me about 10 minutes and the side arms dont bother me at all. This chair, however, is super comfortable and feels very sturdy. When you sit down, it feels like you are sinking into the chair, almost like a memory foam. I sit at my desk for hours and this chair helps me stay comfortable! Also, I got the light grey color. My cat even approves
I do not consider myself very handy, and I found this chair easy to assemble. It only took a few minutes and we were up and running. I have three school aged children and between the four of us this chair is often fought over. We all find it comfortable and stylish.
Easy to assemble. I will agree seat was as hard as a rock at first but softened up quickly. It does want to pitch forward a little bit but its not terrible. For the price it works for me. I sit 6 to 8 hours a day in it and its pretty comfy. I added a pillow to the back because Im short. It does rock back and forth which I like. Overall Im pleased with this chair.
Usually I dont leave a feedback. But those guys a very good and they deserve it for sure.
1) They putted very detailed and understandable instruction.
2) Items were packed very compfortable
3) Suppliers always had extra item, in case you lost any.

Defective product
This chair does not stay up, keeps going down and giving me neck pain because I cant reach my desk.
