    Consumer help

Company response great when screws missing. Time consuming assembly for retirees but now very sturdy for grandkids.

    Adorable bed.

Bought this for transitioning toddler from crib to big kid bed. Using with a mattress only and added toddler side rails. Bed is just what I was looking for aesthetically and after 1 month no structural issues.

    Several pieces with visual damage

Its a good bed but we had numerous pieces that were damaged that were going to have to fix. Not worth exchanging because we were already half way through assembly when we noticed them.

    Solid bed, very pleased.

Everything in the box came well wrapped and all the wood pieces and screws are nice and solid. I like that the screws are painted to match the wood, gray in my case. There was a scratch on the center of the face of the footboard. It wasnt huge, but noticeable being in a often seen location. One would normally lower the stars for that, but the companys customer service was very polite and so quick to respond and send out a replacement board. Only had to wait a couple days for it. I was very pleased about that, especially since Id been looking for bed frames for two months to find one I liked and thought would last. Put together, everything is screwed down nice and tight and bed is very solid. Very pleased overall and would recommend.

Very sturdy and easy to assemble.

I purchased this bed for my 3/yo daughter as she moved from a toddler bed. The color is great, the bed is sturdy, and I assembled it myself in about an hour. I also purchased the matching night stand and is also great. Overall, I am very happy with this set!

    Solid Five Star!

Solid piece of furniture. Pretty simple and straight forward to put together and no smell.

    Very soft wood.

Overall OK. One minor manufacturing error that was easily fixed (mattress support strap was stapled incorrectly). The wood is VERY soft however, can be VERY easily dented with just moderate pressure with a fingernail. Not exactly the durability you want in a kids room. Fit well together though.

    Decent bed frame

Love the simplicity of this bed frame. My husband is a carpenter and did not enjoy putting this together Bad directions. Scratches/dents easily. I wanted to use a box spring for the foam mattress we have on it but you cant or the mattress would be as tall as the top of the head board.

    Quit a bit of damage

Its a sturdy bed, my boys love it. Definitely needs two people to put it together. Some pieces came unmarked, quit a bit of chips in the wood and four pieces came with a slight crack. The foot boards my husband had to force together bc the legs didnt match up with the wholes with the dowles, so we had to reglue the pieces together. Some holes werent drilled all the way through.

Solid, good looking and sturdy bed

I purchased the full size bed from and I am happy with the purchase. The bed is solid and looks good. Their Customer Service is also a pleasure to work with. I am knocking one star off of this review for a couple of reasons. First, one of the bolts that I received for the bed was unusable. I had to call Customer Service to get a replacement. Second, there is a slight design flaw with securing the foot board to the bed. More on that below. There are 2 screws (1 on each side of the bed) that secure the side rails to the foot board. These screws are nearly impossible to reach using a screwdriver because the screws line up exactly level with part of the side rails. Heres my tip for getting around this. Follow the instructions and assemble the rails to the foot board. They will attach without the screws (via metal hooks). The screws are used to secure the foot board in place. Mark where the screws will go using either the screws or a pencil. Now detach the foot board from the rails. Screw the screws all the way into the foot board without the rails in place. This will create the guide holes for the screws. Remove the 2 screws. Attach the rails to the foot board again. With the guide holes already in place, screw the screws back in to secure the foot board. You will still not be able to comfortably position your screwdriver, but you should be able to position it at an angle, and with the guide holes in place, the screws should go in at the correct angle.
