The directions are vague and do not highlight a few structurally significant steps causing us to have to dismantle it and start over. Once together it looks great but be sure to bolt to the wall. Very wobbly Functional design
The instructions are horrible. It took us 3 days to put these together. We had missing hardware. There was conflicting information online and in the directions on the weight limit. The boxes were heavy and cumbersome for the FedEx driver. Good but not what I expected
I bought this for my son to make more room in his bedroom and it works beautifully if you have carpeting fantastic if you do not you need to find a way to put some sort of nonskid on the bottom of the legs. When I had an issue with missing pieces I contacted they contacted the company and I had them within a week of actually making contact. Good and inexpensive
The bed is beautiful but very week . The quality is not good. The bad shaking and its very hard and scary to my daughter to sleep on it.
I am trying to think on good way to connect it to the walls so it wont move. I am a little disappointed. Not sure how long its will last with this quality Debating if we are going to keep it or return it.
Its a little wobbly but the straps they gave to Secure it to the wall broke so I have to find something to replace those. It took me about a day and a half to assemble, if you have someone elses help like if its you and one other person or even more than one other person it should take you a LOT less time. Its a lot taller than I thought it would be, my room has an 8 foot ceiling and I have just enough space to sit up at an angle with a six inch mattress on it. And youll definitely need help getting a mattress up there it was hell for me doing it alone its really cute tho would recommend. I like this one.
Our granddaughter really likes her new bed. It gives her a place of refuge from her younger siblings so she can study undisturbed. She does not like the ladder / she says it hurts her feet to get up on her bed. Also / she says its a bit wiggly and doesnt feel really secure when shes climbing up onto the bed. Very cute, looks just like the pictures.
No sane parent would allow their child to sleep on this bed.
Also, it was obviously designed by someone who never put it together. The last step is almost impossible to complete. I am disappointed in the quality
Love the bed! Its great to sleep in and then hop on to my computer below. It definitely is an aming fit for my bedroom. The only complant I have is the ladder is painful on my feet to go up and down. Just as pictured very happy with my purchase.
I upgraded my daughters bed from a twin to a full, and as shes getting a little older but still plays with toys and dolls I thought this would be great for her! Its nice but even after measuring I feel like its way bigger then I had expected and still doesnt seem to feel like her room is more open. Shes a little scared of is as it is a little wobbly and very high up. I was a little scared myself getting up and down on it. Aside from having to find away to make it more sturdy and secure the bars on the ladder are a little thin, makes it feel steep and I now need to find something to make it easier to climb as well as not hurt the feet. Overall I think Im pretty happy with it other then then its a little scary and I suggest people find a way to strap in place somehow, its pretty high up. However I still wouldnt recommend you try buying it

My son ordered it tried to put it together instructions were a little confusing. Was missing pieces. Dont recommend this product.
