I never know what they want me to say when they ask me to review a product. Either something functions accordingly or it doesnt. This bed is exactly as described. I have not had any problems with it. It was a pain to assemble but that was expected. It looks nice in our grandkids bedroom and the kids love it. The price on was better than anywhere I could find it, even locally, and the shipping was free. Cant beat that. Great choice for reasonable price
My daughter loves her new bed, and we love that it now provides extra sleep space when visitors are with us. Previous reviewers are spot on, it takes a while to put it together, but instructions are very clear. Only issue we had is with shipper (UPS). When we received the bed, it was obvious that the box had torn open, as there was a lot of tape on it. Sure enough, the hardware (screws, washers, bolts) was missing. A quick call to the manufacturer, where I spoke with a sweet customer service lady, resulted in them sending me the missing hardware, free of charge, of course. You get more than what you pay for!
Overall this is a great bunk bed for the money. It is sturdy and looks great. I only gave it four stars for two reasons. First, putting it together was a pain because the directions were not explicit enough, very poor directions. Second, the ladder hurts your feet. Not a big complaint, but my daughter has complained about that. But we are happy with the purchase and would buy it again. It is just excellent!!
I am very happy with this bunk bed. It took a while to put together, but it is very sturdy and my kids are very happy with it. Will be buying from them again
This bed is a PROJECT to put together. I have owned two bunk beds like this in the past and the bed platforms were welded together resulting in only about 8/10pcs to assemble. This bed comes with many, many more pieces / each slat supporting the mattress must individually be assembled / a time consuming process but once assembled this is a nice bed for the kids. My 4/year old simply loves it and I like the spacious feel on the bottom bunk. Plenty of headroom for the person sleeping on the bottom and the bed has a nice solid feel. However I still wouldnt recommend you try buying it
Some say the assembly is hard. Not too bad, its just takes some time. It took an hour or so. Just make sure when youre assembling the pieces together that the holes that have pieces fitting to them later are facing the right way. It was hard to tell by the instructions which way they go together but if you study it a little it will go together fine. Snapping all the plastic pieces together for the support rods are hard to do with your fingers, use the handle of a screw driver or something to pop them in. The quality is pretty nice for the price. The ladder is a little hard on the feet since the rods are so small but for a kid it would be ok.
The product conforms to the instructions, white and beautiful, ugly child!
The problem is that Lescalier is not suitable for rock climbing or rock climbing.
When you have socks, the railings are thin and slippery.
I read the reviews carefully, including the hints on how to assemble the bed. You really do have to pay attention to what direction the large pieces are going and where the holes are.
I did enjoy the old welded bunk beds, but I can understand that this is easier to ship. My husband used a tool to help with the little plastic pieces and found it worked well.
We bought this bed to expand a room in our house on Cape Cod. A couple can sleep on the bottom bunk and a child on the top. Saves space in smaller rooms. Perfect size and color for my needs.
It came quickly, and took me hours to put together. About half the time spent was trying to put in the little squares at the top of the support bars that run under each bed / very hard to put in. And having a hammer was helpful for the very challenging ones. But, its done now and my kids love it. And its sturdy and looks nice. I love it!!
