Notice that this is the ONLY seller that is honest enough to tell you that the lamp needs to be plugged in. The other sellers that have this same (and similar) desks try to deceive you by not showing pictures of a plug and/or cord, and some even go as far as showing the lamp lit up while clearly not next to a wall outlet. Not this seller, though.
You should only buy a desk from this seller because they are honest, their customer service responds immediately with a solution (that was the case for me), and the desk is SO AMAZINGLY NICE! It goes together VERY easily and is such great quality!
When we were informed that school was to be virtual, we knew we needed a desk for our daughter. She is 6 years old and we are very pleased with this desk. Putting the desk together does take time but the instructions are clear. The desk is incredibly sturdy and it has adjustable feet, which is great in case it wobbles or your floor is uneven. The chair and desk heights are adjustable. You can raise them by pulling up and they lock in place. If you go too high, pull up all the way and go back down and choose the correct height.
The desk surface is easy to clean. My daughter already has made a mess with markers but it wiped up easily. The lamp helps with Zoom calls since my daughters teacher can see her well. There is also a book holder which can double as an ipad holder. We havent used the tilt feature yet but the sliding drawer is great for storing her worksheets and pencils.
If you are looking for a sturdy, functional and attractive childrens deskthis is an excellent choice. We are very happy with this desk and most importantly our daughter is as well.

My 8 yr old daughter needed a desk/chair that would fit into a small space in her room. This fit perfectly, has a lot of features and wasn't too expensive. By raising the chair and desk a bit (on middle height now), we hope it will last her through 5th or even 6th grade. Would recommend getting this for K thru 4th grade kids.
Time will tell if it is durable, but I don't see why it wouldn't be. Assembly took a little longer than I would've liked. To save your back, use a table or work bench for some of the steps and an extra pair of hands can help. Instructions were above average and there are youtube videos to look at. Everything fit together w/o defect. When I raised the chair too high, it was a little hard to lower again, but a few minutes of fiddling with it and I got it (Be careful not to raise it too high, to avoid the fiddling!). Tilting the desk angle can be hard for a little kid. Maybe have mom or dad do that.
We're homeschooling and this desk/chair combo is perfect! Easy assembly and well made. The desk has plenty of space and the shelf is perfect to hold a desk lamp as well as some other items (couple of small books, pencil sharpener). Love the versatility of the desktop which can be tilted to use as a draft table. I'm looking forward to my child getting several years of use out of this desk!
