Great set of adjustable chair and table (desk). Can be adjusted to fit both 4 year old and 6 year old boys, who are below average in height. Will buy another set for the 4 year old.
Desk and chair are as heavy and solid as any commercial office combo – just smaller. The desk has a larger surface than cheaper offerings. My only suggestion is to have a crank for the tilt rather than the hardly used height of the desk. The > angle in the chair rod is ingenious. At the lowest setting it pulls the seat back and the backrest forward, making the chair perfect for small children. (5 Stars for )
Warehouse accurately described the $185 (!) deal as Used Acceptable, major cosmetic damage (a cut through the laminate behind the tilting panel - fixed it with Kampel SeamFill).
The shipping box for the desk was falling apart and they didnt send the chair. Customer serviced resolved the issue, ordering a used warehouse chair at no cost. (4 Stars for Warehouse Deals)
The desk is super nice. My eight year old loves it! The best part about it is it will grow with him! The desk is excellent quality and we have received many compliments. T
Just got the shipment. Although the box came all damaged, the content was protected by Styrofoams and bubble wrap so everything was fine inside it.
We couldn't find the installation guide inside the boxes so we had to look them up online. The chair and the desk were assembled within an hour. Perfect height for my 6 year old boy. So far he is enjoying the tilt function.
I've recently ordered 2 of these s for my 4 and 6 year old children. One might think this desk is too expensive for such young kids, but I am sure that they will use this desk until their teens. The desk along with the chair is easily adjustable to their needed heights. Material quality is very sturdy and it's definitely not a wobbly type of table. I love how one portion of the table can be angled to their use and they still have the other portion to lay extra books/ stationary items that they need for the activity. Over the past month, my kids enjoyed drawing, working on school work/workbooks and reading on their leisure. They now have their own independent space and no longer need to share a large communal table.
The first table took around 30 min for my husband to assemble. The 2nd table was a lot easier. I did have to contact the company for a missing screw and they promptly responded and sent out the screw. Their customer service is quick and I can highly recommend ordering for this company.
