    A person 53 We are in our 60s and we love it so far❤

    We finally found a bike for a 53 and 58 older couple that rides wonderful! We love it and would recommend it to anyone that wants to be able ro get out there and ride. I have a bad leg and my husband jas had neck surgeries; works for both of us.

    Our first ebike is a HIT!

    Super easy to assemble, but watch the video. We had a little trouble with which nut assembly to use for the fender; îts the bottom one. Took about 45 minutes and all tools were provided. The brakes needed only minor cable adjustments and we were off to ride. The ride quality is great with both rear and front suspension. The headlamp and taillights are bright and so nice for night riding. The seats are comfy and since the handlebars are adjustable, you can choose how upright you prefer to sit. 5 PAS levels make this bike go from a slow cuisine at 5 mph to 20+ mph. Overall, the bike is a great value.

    quality, beauty and efficiency

    I just dont like that they announced a gift, a cell phone holder and it didnt come with the product, if you were so kind to complete your merchandise, I would appreciate it.

    Very pleased so far

    Quality is very good which as many people know is not always the case with imports. It was easy to assemble, too. I left off both fenders and rear rack for now, which created a problem mounting the rear tail light. It does not unplug from the power cable like the front light, so i was forced to find a way to mount it without the rack. Ended up just zip/tying it to the frame behind the rear shock. Wish would have provided an optional bracket or allow it to unplug, because the rack is heavy which is a good quality, but I dont need it right now.

    Great Buy!

    Im very satisfied with the bike and the support I received from the Jason company. I had a question about a brake noise and they promptly messaged me back with a video to correct the problem. I was very impressed. I use the bike mainly for recreational use around my neighborhood and take it along when we go camping. Bill

    Upside down logo on right side of frame

    I received my bike yesterday and spent more time that what I thought I would, putting it together. I couldve used a larger screw for the headlight and the fender or a little bit more detailed instructions. Other than that step, things went smooth. I already knew I would need a more comfortable seat so I ordered a C9 ahead and replaced it. I love the look of the bike and today was ready to take it for a spin when I noticed the inverted logo on the right side of the frame. I was already mildly disappointed because of the chipped screws of the stem, as seen in one of the pics, but I was willing to fix it with some paint. What I couldnt believe is that no one in the production chain noticed the mistake in the logo or cared enough to reject the piece and sent it back to paint it correctly. Now I am very disappointed because the bike is fully unpacked and assembled as to send it back. UPDATE: I added 1 star to my review due to the promptness of their customer service to reach back. The only option offered was to get a refund, though. I replied that I will keep the bike with the cosmetic defect it has because it would be too much of a hassle to send it back just because of that. If it comes to a mechanical defect, I undoubtedly will send it back. I will probably end up placing a sticker over the logo on both sides.smh

    Nice design, sent defective bike,

    They take your money upfront and send a defective bike. then ask you to take it to a local bike shop for repair and give you a run around for reimbursement. My bike came with a defect rear gear cassette. Chain skipped in third gear. 28 emails later, they have reimbursed the repair invoice.

    It is to tall for me

    It was too tall, and I fell and when I went to hold on to the handlebar it went into the gear, and it was turned off, but it went one anyway and we looked at it before I got on and it was off but turned on anyway and I was throne of the bike I would like to find out how I can return it I think it is defective we had someone else get on and it did the same thing but they were prepared for it to do it. Could you have someone contact me on how to return it and get a refund. When I recover from the fall I will probable look at other electric bikes. Thank you

    Tire wont go on

    The company needs to use a different box for this. The bike arrived damaged. The front fork so bent the tire cannot placed on the front fork. The brake caliper for the front brake also will not work because it is bent. The box used is to small with to little padding other than a bit of foam wrap on the forks. Trying to contact the company to either get parts or a replacement. Will update this review accordingly. 6/20/22 Company agreed to replace the bike. They sent a label and I sent mine back, they sent e a new one. The box they use is flimsy so it arrived in nearly the same condition. The forks are NOT PACKED properly for long distance shipping. I decided to bend the forks back myself and somehow , even though the forks look a little shabby if you inspect them I was able to get the tire to go on and fit the brake rotor inside the calipers. It runs and drives. however some minor issues ,no matter how tight I have the seat or handlebars they slip. I am a bigger guy at just over 200 lbs, after about a mile the seatpost slides slowly to the bottom and my knees hit my face. The headlight this one came with does not work, no biggie I will just replace it it is a toy anyway. The horn also does not work. I got a bell instead for my sidewalk rides in the park. My top speed at my weight of 210 lbs is 24.1 as measured by gps, and 25.4 on the speedometer. Hills are ok. struggles with my fat butt on steep hills dropping to 8/10 mph, but its acceptable for a bike at this price. So while I a still a little disappointed and this bike is most certainly not perfect. It will do what I need it to and good thing because now Im past 30 days and the company has already sent a replacement. I am not waiting a month for another replacement anyway.

    Its a great bike but.

    Its a great bike. The only problem I have is with the seat. It is very uncomfortable. I had to order a new one. Other than that Im really happy with it. I cant wait to take it on a long ride. Definitely worth the price.
