I did receive this , on time despite a notification of possible delay . Quite heavy gauge steel and most of the fasteners / parts were in carton ,
with one exception . Right , rear upright post PC 4 was not drilled properly for the tapped holes , for cross braces / brackets This was the last essential step , in making a standing bed frame for later slats , nuance/ing , production bolting fasteners , etc , per enclosed directions . Im old and live alone in a small studio apt . I worked 5 hours w/o a work bench only to have the last big sequential step malfunction Bolt / screw hole misalignment ! Wrong piece ! I dont knowCalled Walker and am awaiting another PC 4 . I nearly died when I realised , at 11:00 PM , that my labour was for naught !
4 of the 8 protective caps on the risers were broken. They are cheap plastic inserts. Other than that, the bed is lovely. Took about 2 hours to assemble, but is sturdy and exactly what we wanted.
Package was ripped open w/ corners very exposed. Directions were missing. Assembly was harder; same loft that we got from Walmart previous month lined up better.
Not very aesthetic, directions make for possibility of small but time consuming errors in assembly.
Sturdy, though, and came compactly packaged. Despite small hiccups, assembly was quick. Its exceptionally tall for generous space below.
The real treasure was the rep, Austin, who helped me out of a shipping delay pickle by assuring this bed would be delivered in a timely fashion, and canceling the other. For my inconvenience, he refunded the difference of the two.
Plenty of headroom for the bottom bunk. The downside is if you want to store anything underneath the bed, there is very little clearance. The bed is difficult to assemble and some of the hardware was missing. The construction is pretty sturdy, but the rail finish on top was rough, and there are some places, like where the ladder attaches that could cause some scrapes or bruises if the kids arent careful climbing up or down. Not the easiest to assemble, especially the mattress support bars and the plastic pieces to prevent the bars from being moved are very difficult to snap into place! The bed will meet our needs, but I dont think I would buy again.
Great product, just a couple of hiccups.
Ill start with the pros.
One of few full size loft beds with the ladders on the side.
Very sleek looking once assembled.
Everything needed for assembly included.
Cons
Mine in particular had a significant amount of paint chips and rust on some of the parts.
Also two parts were really hard to assemble because one of the holes was slightly off and the other a good amount off.
Instructions were not clear, but any one with a brain can figure it out.
Anyway despite the hiccups Id buy this bed over and over and recommend it to friends.
I bought two of these had to return one for an exchange because the first one I received came with two of the same sides so it wouldnt go together properly. It works well, and fits under bed nicely, however the plastic clips on the metal bars are tearing the underneath of my mattresses.

Terrible! Wrong item sent!
Wrong item sent! Very heavy and frustrating to get a bunk bed instead of loft bed! Terrible!
Misaligned tapped bolt holes in upright post 4

Walmart loft easier to assemble

Not bad, but could be better.
it feels sturdy, however, during construction half the bolts striped out.
Just okay

Questionable quality control? But great bed.

Nice bed. Not understanding the ladder/ hurts your feet
Nice bed. Not understanding the ladder/ hurts your feet. We had to put boards on it for our daughter. Should be thicker and way more foot friendly.
and fits under bed nicely, however the plastic clips on the metal bars .
