This kitchen island was purchased as a good temporary kitchen island that we can use for the next few years until we can redo our kitchen. While it is a typical particle board build/it/yourself furniture, the paint quality seems excellent and the cabinets open and close very nicely and fluidly. I also think the countertop is a really nice smooth surface and it moves well. Overall, for the price, this is an excellent little island for the kitchen. My only disappointment was having to pay 60 for shipping when I am a Prime member. very reasonably priced as well.
Its a kitchen island and will often be seen from the back, but the back is one sheet of floppy fiberboard. The front is fairly nice/looking, but the back has that fake furniture look.
I bought this island for storage, but its cute, very small drawers, but serves my purpose. I love that its on wheels and I can move it around. It is for a small kitchen. Better than the picture!
I love how it looks and helps so much with adding extra storage and space to chop up things, it is a bit tricky to assemble but Id recommend using a drill and taking your time to avoid mistakes, with the help of my father I was able to put it together. Really nice looking furniture.
It took me a while to put it together but once it was done I was super satisfied. Read instructions carefully and pay attention to all the images. I totally recommend it. Happy with purchase

Looks junky when viewed from back

Not so easy to assemble
Right size for my use. Rather sturdy wheel locks could be more substantial Good product and definitely a value of a purchase.
