I dont normally write reviews BUT I was shocked at the aming customer service. I messaged them because a piece came bent and a day later they replied that they were sending me a replacement. The product is what you would expect for the price. Good but not the best. It smelled like
Easy to assemble, recommend 2 sets of hands if you can. Top is nice, needed a good layer of butcher block oil to seal and shine. The drawer tracks are ok, not really a smooth pull, catches and a bit crooked even from using pre set holes. I like the style and space. The paint on the cupboards I am really disappointed in. You can see the pics I shared, the white along all the seams, that is where there is no paint. I am going to have to figure out on how to touch it up. They dont provide a furniture pen like some of these do, so off to the store I go. Bought furniture pen and it came our nice for touch ups along the edges.
Product made horrible my husband had to reengineer quite a bit of it to get it together and he has assembled at least 50 kits through the years and never had such a mess to deal with. It had the following issues
1. Part 2, rail holes drilled way too big.
2. Part 3, no predrilled holes for rail.
3. Parts 2,3,4, drawer slides they sent 12 but drilled holes for 14 on the side panels and all screws missing.
4. Part 7, not marked and no holes drilled for magnets on door closures.
5. Item K, seven screws missing to put the casters on.
6. No washers included but seven screws too long that wouldnt tighten up without having them on handles.
7. Part N, metal magnetic catch plates 3 had two holes and 1 had one hole.
Be sure to have at least a couple of hours set aside to assemble this piece as it does take time. However, it really is worth it. Gorgeous piece, great customer service. I would definitely buy again. Dont hesitate to buy this product!
I struggled with ideas for a potting bench/ storage in my sunroom. This island is perfect. It has exceeded my expectations for quality and my needs. I highly recommend this piece

I like that I can use this as my work station. Good quality good style I recommend this product
