Came damaged but the customer service is wonderful they give me choices to full refund,discount or exchange.

I ordered the one with handles. The reviews said handles hard to screw on. The one I recd has no handles, just grooves to pull out the drawers. Fine with me. Its a good product for the price.
Bought this for my small office/ work space in my masters retreat. It takes some time to assemble but the instructions are very clear and detailed. Its sturdy(heavy) and great quality! I like that the drawers open completely so the files are easy to manage. Great packing and shipping was faster than expected! The drawers do a little click sound when you close them but its because it has a safety mechanism. Love my new file cabinet!!! Here are some pictures and a video.
Holds two side-by-side rows of legal-size pendaflex in each drawer, sits closer to a wall. Looks great. Smooth action. Can only open one drawer at a time for safety. Nice furniture. No regrets.

Directions were very hard to follow in putting together
