I purchased 3 of these units. They are sturdy and well-constructed, however there are two shortcomings. On all 3 units the front door doesnt say closed. A magnetic latch would fix the problem. On 2 of the 3 units the USB ports have stopped working. This is a significant problem and Im debating with myself about doing an exchange. It would be a hassle, especially if its going to fail again. I may try contacting the seller to see if just the power box can be replaced.
UPDATE: After a very successful chat with support (right here through ) I was able to get replacement power units that arrived within 3 days. Well see how long they last.
Love this. Perfect for chair side table. Came fully assembled, and even though box was damaged, table was fine. Perfect size and price. Saw same table priced at over $400 in furniture store. Even though it looks to be made of some faux wood. Highly recommend.
The product itself is great, and was already assembled. Delivery was terrible. When it arrived, the box was tore in several places. There was also a small chip in the top.
Beautiful, solid and useful piece of furniture. Honestly, couldn't be happier. Other than putting extra shelf in, nothing to assemble. Just what I wanted and more.
