I bought this bed for my daughters college apartment. The first seller took weeks and then they said the bed was damaged in transit. This was the bed she wanted so tried a second time with a different seller. This time it came in just a couple of weeks.
Im not sure about how easy it is to assemble since the apartment complex had a handy man that assembled it.
My daughter has been pleased with the bed. I asked for a picture and of course got one with purple lighting. The headboard is white.
We bought the entire bedroom set and love how it turned out. Easy to assemble and looks great. This is one of the only platform beds that didnt have drawer pulls or handles, which is exactly what we were looking for.
This bed is amazing. I was able to put it together by myself, my husband works alot. Purchased the bed with drawers because our room is not the biggest so I wanted to utilize the space we had. Storage drawers are huge and they fit so much. I have alot of clothes and they dont even take up half a drawer. Installation was no bad at all. I like building stuff so it was pretty easy for me. Just tedious small screws but otherwise easy. You also dont need box springs with this frame which is great if you only already just have a mattress it sits pretty high up. Might purchase the matching headboard next.
Follow the directions exactly, and it will be a breeze. Took me 1.5 hours by myself, no issues at all. I aman average 24 year old woman. Great quality all the way around, and the directions are very easy to follow. This frame also arrived a day early! I love it!
The only thing I disliked about these beds is I wanted to buy one in white but they cost $100 more. My daughters felt that was racist. I am going to have to side with her on this one.
We purchased this bed for our teenage son, and he loves it! He and I (mom) put it together, without too much trouble. The drawers are not on any sort of slide system- they just go under the bed, and have a knob that fits into a slot on the bed to keep them closed/in position. That makes it easier to put together, but a little more difficult to close the drawers (though my son does not seem to have any trouble with it). Lots of storage, and the faux leather all seems to be of good quality and well made.
