I like this bed overall, it has a nice look and it is easy to lift up the mattress with the hydraulics. Upon opening the box I immediately noticed a very large hole on the back of the headboard. I am always disappointed by companies who choose to send out damaged product for the full price rather then sending out a product of true good quality. I had my father who is an engineer come over to help me with the assembly and even he struggled with the odd design so be prepared for a headache. Once we managed to get it together it has a nice look and so far has been sturdy. The storage space is slightly less deep then I thought it would be but it still offers a lot of space.
I like the extra storage and I needed a platform frame for my mattress. This filled both my needs. Had some shipping issues and I contacted company and they resolved the issues. They have a great customer service team.
Took a little longer than expected to assemble with 2 people, but still quite easy to put together. Great instructions and came very well packed. Seems sturdy after the first month of use and fits plenty in the storage area. Very happy with this purchase!
Shipped quickly and arrived several days sooner than expected in 3 boxes. Assembly took about 3 hours with two people involved: one primarily reading and directing the assembly process but also with hands on, and one primarily assembling. It came together nicely and is very stable. With my double-thick pillow-top mattress, I am sleeping well on this bed. No box-spring required! It is also quite high, which I like, making it easy for me (a big guy) to get out of bed. in the morning. This bed has two large drawers, as expected. I assumed that I would receive a wood finish panel to fill in the spaces where there are no drawers, but that is not the case. As such, there are are 2 large gaps underneath which looks weird and allows for dust to gather underneath. Had I known this, I would have ordered a bed with 4 drawers, even though I dont need them, just to make it look complete. That is my only complaint. I will contact the manufacturer to see if I can order 2 more matching drawers separately. Otherwise, I can defintely recommend this platform bed in terms of quality and practicality at a budget price, at a time when I am having to be budget-conscious.
Its beautiful and extremely comfortable! However, some of the drawer pieces were a bit damaged when I opened the package. I was also expecting 4 drawers, but the twin size bed only comes with 2. Not a huge deal since it can still hold my clothes which is what matters. It was mostly easy to assemble, but I recommend having another person help you if you want to finish it faster. This bed can really change the vibe of an entire room! I recommend it!

Looks nice but took about 2 hours to put together. Some screws were missing but able to find at local hardware store
Not delivered on time
This product was not delivered on time and the Styrofoam melted to the bed frame. Otherwise, product looks to be fine

Very sturdy
This is such a great bed frame. It was easy to put together and is very sturdy. It doesnt move when one of us does in bed.
