large boxes to my fifth floor apartment in this elderly/disabled building. Fed Ex said they would call me twice to arrange for delivery but of course no one every did = this was a serious problem for me.
This chair is very comfortable and exactly as described. One of the decorative screw caps was damaged in the shipping process, but the company responded quickly and replaced it. Very happy with my purchase!
I LOVE THIS CHAIR! Wasnt the easiest to assemble. I had trouble on the arm rests, nail the arm rests to the back of the chair before the seat of the chair is my advice to you. But its beautiful and SO COMFY! I love it!!
