I live alone so therefore I had to put this chair together by myself. If I wouldve known it would take me as long as it did pinched my fingers as much as it did and pretty much frustrate me beyond anything Ive had to deal with as of late, I wouldve went to Office Depot or something and picked up a chair already put together. Once it is together it looks pretty nice. You get what you pay for the quality is definitely $100 chair. I would buy it again if it came assembled.

(Note: dont follow the instructions included. Lay the left arm assembly down on the floor and THEN affix the seat, followed by turning that over on its side and adding the right arm assembly. Trying to affix the two arms in an upright position is too difficult as directed.)
The only thing I dont like about it is the fluted upholstery on the seat and back, where a bit more padding would have helped greatly. Otherwise, its comfortable and functional and reasonably priced. Delivery was on time.
ADDITIONAL COMMENTS AFTER 18 MONTHS OF USE: Ive used the chair for 6-8 hours a day. The leather on the arms is cracking in multiple places. This is a big disappointment. And speaking of the arms, theres a major problem with the sewing of the leather on the outside edge of both left and right arms: the stitching is on the top at the outer edge, which means that it forms a jagged edge that your arms scrape on when resting on the leather. That jagged edge scraping my skin has caused a great deal of chafing, is most irritating, and could have been avoided entirely if they had just applied the stitching one inch further down on the side rather than along the top flat edge. This is a major design flaw. I will not buy this chair again because of the one flaw and the too-thin, cracking leather on the flat top of the arms, which is too bad, because its fine in all other ways.

The instructions could be much much better.
If youre putting it together by yourself, after the wheels, seat and the armrests are installed (make sure you dont secure the screws tightly), I suggest you put the chair on its side so you can install the backrest without having to hold it. Otherwise it would be really difficult.
Update: I have have been using this chair for a few weeks and only a few hours a day but stated making really loud squeaky sounds . Dropped one star.
Ive been using this chair for a few weeks, and so far, I like this chair a lot. The lumbar support is really nice, and I feel like thats where a lot of high back office chairs fall short. The chair was very simple to put together. I think it took 15-20 minutes total. The material is soft, and the cushion seems like it will hold up well over time. Its very easy to adjust the height. I like to sit cross legged when Im working for long periods of time because Im short and its more comfortable than dangling my legs all day, and this chair is wide enough to sit cross legged comfortably. The wheels roll very smoothly. The material of the wheels and stand of the chair are not the absolute best quality, but its not the worst. For the money, its a great purchase.
When I originally wrote a review for this product, I stated that I had not received it. The update: I did. The fedex driver placed it on the side of the garage. I love this chair, thank you. Great quality, great product!
This chair is awesome!! I ordered it to update my home office since everyone has been advised to work from home!! It is very comfortable and was easy to assemble!!
Im a novice furniture assembler and found this chair easy to assemble. The instructions are fairly easy to follow; however, the most helpful tip I received was in other reviews that mentioned to attach the arms to the back first and then attach to the base. Once I did that, the rest was super easy. The chair itself is really plush and comfortable. I really like it so far.
I was leery buying a chair for under $100. I knew this wasnt leather, however I couldnt find anything I liked in leather, especially gray. This chair was relatively easy to assemble, looks great, rises up and down, swivels and is comfortable and this from a 62 year old with severe arthritis. Im quite pleased with the purchase.
