It ended up raining pretty bad while camping and I can say the water mostly stayed out but the walls definitely felt wet and any cloth that was against it such as blankets also got damp. This tent was alright..
Only have used it once in the heat of the summer. It was perfect! Roomy, we were able to get 2 queen and 1 full blow up mattresses in there, with a nice entry way still! Only thing we disliked was there was no spot to put the extension cord out the tent other then the doorways. Loved the extra screen in area, was nice to put all our stuff there and it freed up the sleeping area!!
This tent was very easy to set up- since it was the first time setting it up it took us about 30 minutes- but we plan to use it again next weekend and will no doubt be able to set it up within half the time. The rain tarp is a MUST have, right after we set it up a huge storm hit our campsite and the tent withheld strong winds and rain while keeping us dry. My point of advice for this tent is not to set it up where there is a slope in front of the tent because rain water can stream into the front area but that goes with pretty much any tent. We were able to comfortably fit a lifted queen blow up mattress and a lifted twin blow up mattress and have room for all of our bags/camping gear. There is a hook on the top middle of the tent to hang a light/fan, two side pouches to keep things in close reach, plenty of mesh windows for airflow that can be zipped for privacy. I love that there is two zipped doors it makes you feel safer. Overall- this tent is wonderful and is a great price!
This tent is exactly what I was looking for! Absolutely love the screened porch. The main chamber is roomy inside and has great air flow with the rain fly off. Very happy with my purchase!
The 2 kids love the enclosed porch and like to sleep in this area. The main room of the tent offers a lot of room and with my height of 6 1 I can stand in the tent. Large screened windows allow for good air circulation. Have not encountered any heavy rains yet, but assume should not be an issue based on previous experience.
Bought this in a rush for a family beach camping trip for a family of 5. The tent only has 3 poles and was easy to setup even in the dark. The zippers looks durable and works well. There was plenty of room in the sleeping area to fit a queen size mattress and could likely fit a king size air mattress. It was nice to have a screened off front area for the kids to play without worry to bugs getting in. The stakes were of good size and strong as well.
The only cons is not much of a color selection and the rain cover could be a little bigger. It fits perfectly over the tent, but if there was rain with wind, I can easily see rain coming into the tent.
Overall, its still a great tent well worth the money spent and one of the best Ive owned in the last 40 years.
Love this spacious tent. My husband and I fit with our baby in his playpen perfectly! Our favorite part is the front area. We sat in our folding chairs free from bugs and it created an extended playpen area for our son!
I liked everything about it. We brought our own tarp to cover the screened area because it was forecasted to rain the entire time we were in the Tetons. That screened room came in handy for a mud room for our shoes etc. Our main sleeping area was dry the entire time and clean since we had our mud room. What a great deal on a tent!

Little awkward for tall folk
Great tent, just hard to get in and out with the slanted screen room

It was more durable than the last tent we bought at REI
