It was a little tricky to install, but I got it all set up in about half an hour. Its definitely not water efficient though- Ive taken a half-hour shower before with my apartments standard shower head and Ive never run out of hot water before. With this shower head I get a max of 10 minutes of hot water as long as no other appliances are using hot water at the time.
For the short time I am able to use it though, it does feel like Im in a spa shower!
Very nice combo showerhead. It was very easy to put together and the instructions were very clear. Took probably 10 minutes to get it all put together and up and running! The material is very lightweight and the hand held piece feels a bit cheap but overall I really like the design and the ease of use!
So far, so great! Easy install even added a water filter as shown in pictures. More water coverage area then our other shower heads. Nice pressure. Just ordered another with water filter for other side of shower. We have 2 shower heads.
I was a little skeptical after reading a bunch of negative reviews but after receiving the product and installing it myself..... Ive come to the conclusion that everyone with a negative review should not have been doing the install themselves to begin with......

Things to discredit from other reviews:
?People put reviews about the removable showerhead not fitting/holding when you can clearly see that they are holding the bracket upside down in their pictures....
?All gaskets and piping were standard size with standard threads.... so also ignore the people stating that either of those were incorrect.... if your plumbing is a different size then YOU do not have standard size piping in your bathroom and that is not this companys fault.....
?Also if you tighten it up properly and use plumbers tape like you should.... you will have absolutely no leaks..... so you can ignore those people as well lol.
Only issue is a small drip at the lower part of the valve body where it connects to the shower head pipe. Tried to snug it up tighter and also tried to add an extra washer. Didnt help. Other than that its a good product.
Super easy to put together and by far has had no issues with leaking. They include everything you need for that too. The only thing I was dissapointed in was the fact it was alittle smaller than I expected and the detachable nosle is pretty standard, however that part can be upgraded.
The main purpose of purchasing this was to add height for my tall husband, and it gave us the much needed clearance from his six foot 2 inch frame.
It also looks really nice and came super quick. Definitely reccomend this item!

For the price there is none better. Nice water pressure Im in a low pressure house.
