Oddly, the House Commander was very impressed after I installed this. It works flawlessly, and in an environment with high calcium here in Tucson, AZ. It installed easily and with extra seals for down the road. Its light and practically 99% plastic - seriously... In any sense, very pleased with what it provides which is a drenching and it didnt leak right from the get go. The challenge will be to see if it clogs with calcium down the line in time. For now, great product!
I really like this. Bought a $100 shower head from Lowes and didnt really like it. This one is much better imo. Also the handheld mount thing is attached to my textured shower insert and hasnt fallen off yet. Works really well.
Was very easy to install, came with everything including pipe tape. Rain head is adjustible for height and angle. The sticky pad for the hand held works well on tile.
I would say if the instruction confuses you, just youtude similar head shower types installation. They are basically all put up the same way, which will make it easy to put up. I was a bit confused but it took me probably less than 10 minutes. My boyfriend was nervous and wanted to pay someone to put it up but trust me you will be happy you didnt once you see how easy it is.
The instructions were clear and easy to follow, and the materials good quality and complete. It was nice to have extra washers and Teflon tape. The shower itself is all we wished for and its great to have the additional head and hose for rinsing the tub. A very nice product indeed, Im glad we purchased it.
Overall great product. I added a BWDM filter to this shower head and oh my goodness. The only disadvantage is that the instructions were bogus and really didnt tell you how to put it together. The adhesive for the shower arm is very sturdy and they give you extra adhesive and seals just in case.

Looks beautiful, simple installation, love the dual shower heads and is very functional for washing my dog and small child.

Simple to install, decent build Quality
It took about 10 minutes to install and there were no leaks. Good pressure and overall good build quality for being plastic with a metallic finish.
