Its a good looking tub filler. Contractor installed it so I cannot speak to if it was easy to install. I am surprised that there is some wobble to the pole. Perhaps the contractor didnt secure it properly? He says he did.
The design is simple and looks nice. Im not confident it will last as long as I hope. It takes forever to fill up the tub, but the sprayer has some serious power! I havent had any leaking problems, I let it drain before putting I back on the stand.
Looks great and easy to install. After about a week of use the cold water connection is leaking. Id love to keep this if I can get some new hoses. If not Ill be returning.
My wife ordered this faucet for her free standing tub. The faucet seems well made, sturdy and fairly easy to install,(if you are the handy type). The reason for the 4 star rating is that the supply lines are not long enough to go thru the floor, subfloor and be able to connect. Would be really helpful if the instructions were bigger and easier to read. However, if you lay out all the pieces, you should be able to see how everything fits together. Do a dry run, and take your time. With a 3/4 oak floor and 3/4 subfloor the 3/8 compression fittings didn't make it past the bottom of the subfloor. My solution was to use a 3/8 compression to 1/2 MIP fitting, then 1/2 FIP to 1/2 pex connector. The base of the faucet is a three legged stand which is screwed into or bolted to the floor, then the riser that holds the faucet head on is screwed onto the base. The base is well made, and every thing fits nicely, just take your time. The supply lines are screwed into the faucet head, this is where is gets tricky. The faucet head, and attached supply lines are fed thru the riser, then thru the base. Only one supply line will fit thru the base at a time, using a pair of needle nose pliers, and a helper, put one line thru, while holding the other line above the base. once the first line is thru, then feed the other one thru. It takes a bit of patience, but can be done. If the supply lines were another 3-4 longer, then you could attach your fitting on the other side once they are thru the base. Check your application first without the fittings on the supply lines. Once together, this is a nice looking and operating faucet. The hand held wand is easy to install and is controlled be square knob on the side of the faucet. After the installation, faucet operations went well and the finished products looks nice, happy with the purchase and this faucet looks and feels like it will last a good long time.

Lovely
Very nice product. Heavy, looks well built. Haven't installed yet, instructions are not the best but seems to be very straightforward.
