Came on time. Looks great, send sturdy but not yet installed. Need longer, non-standard hoses, called Kelly she was easy to work with and is sending me new hoses . No charge! outstanding customer service and I am looking forward to using my tub faucet.

The tub filler was bigger than we expected, it could have filled even the high side of our tub, but we already had the water at the lower end. Very sturdy and beautiful. We did need custom sized hoses, but we called and they were very accommodating. You might need to plan extra time for getting the longer or shorter hose replacements. Overall really good value and great service. We saw many fillers that were way more and didn't look as good as our.
Faucet looks great very happy. Installation was a little tricky. Ended up water lines were to long for my retro fit. Called Kelly and they are sending me new water lines to the length I need. Very happy with my purchase.
For the price this is very high quality. A friend bought a name brand one for close to $900 and this one is as nice as it. The water lines were too long. Called the company and left a message for Kelly. She returned my call and told me that they would get the shorter lines to me ASAP at no charge!

Great product but the hoses come standard are to long.i called customer service and they shipped ones that were 3 shorter and they worked perfect.
