Like most people, I was blown away by the Delta and Moen prices for this type of faucet. There was no way I was going to pay the $1,000.00 prices they were asking. I bought this one mainly based on review comments and could not be happier. It was easy enough to install and the finish is very nice. I highly recommend this product.
I have had this for 1 year... it has been great except the color has started to like scratch off... the hand held wants to lean over and not stand straight up.
The shipping was quick. The packaging was very nice for a faucet and it kept everything damage free. The faucet itself is very impressive and looks and feels very well made. The installation was straight forward using the instructions, if have the tools and basic skills. I mounted my faucet on a subfloor and instead of having to hire a plumber to add to the existing waterlines, I ordered longer braided lines and everything connected nicely and was leak free. The customer service was great and made the overall purchase and installation a 5 star experience!
The product is excellent for the price and the quality is great! I needed a shorter hose to get connected and installed. Customer service is very helpful and fast to assist with different size hose needed.
