This will not be installed for several weeks (at which time I will update this review) ... but my initial impression is very, very favorable. The bath filler is solid and an excellent weight ... all metal, even the hand shower. It looks and feels like far more expensive fillers. Most notably, the customer service is remarkable. My email request for a special length hose was answered within hours and followed up with a phone call by Kelly, who was both pleasant and very helpful. If the product is half as good as the initial impression and customer service, it will be an excellent purchase and great value for the price..
The faucet is beautiful and very high quality! The hoses were a little short and they were more than willing to help us out! Would definitely recommend or purchase from them again!
Beautiful design easy install, spoke to the owner to get custom length on internal hoses and she gladly helped me out! Customer service is 5 star and the product is 5 star great quality!!
Some of the parts given to us were not in the correct size so there isn't a way for us to successfully install the faucet. The hose for the water supplies are too long so they wont fit when we tried to install.
I was looking for a free-standing bathtub faucet with a rounded hand-held wand and could only find this feature on faucets 2x the price. This is a solid piece with all the features I was looking for. Customer service was quick to resolve an issue. Looking forward to enjoying my new faucet!
