The supply lines that came with the faucet were just a little too long. However, called Kelly on a Saturday afternoon and she called me back within an hour and submitted an order for a shorter supply line!!!! Amazing customer service, Kelly was super friendly, and very sturdy product!! Best product on the market for the price
Good quality faucet. Been a plumber for ten years and dont see why people spend $800 for a fucet when this one is pretty close to same quality. Will use again for sure.
Beautiful faucet. Seems well made.. Hot and Cold hoses seemed too long for installing on my concrete floor, but they answered my call immediately and shipped hoses to exact length I desired.
