I couldnt tell you if its easy to install but our contractor seemed to have certain concerns as he had to install it. We had it installed since the beginning of 2021, and so far weve had no issues, so were very pleased with it. The only thing that bothers me is that when the water is turned off it continues to drip for a bit, so I have to make sure the sprayer is low inside the bathtub so it doesnt splash outside of the bathtub. Its so sturdy that it looks like itll last us for a very long time! Im definitely satisfied with this purchase. And customer service is the best!!! I have called them a couple of times for different reasons and theyre not only prompt, but helpful and try their best to solve your problem timely.
If going into a concrete slab. Get shorter supply lines. I recommend this faucet. Great water pressure. And looks clean. Supply lines come about 32. Im getting 24 and 18 so connections dont line up in 1 1/2 pipe.
EDIT: great customer service, after explaining the issue they sent me a new part to fix it!
Great item, it works like it should. After install I notice the faucet end has a slight bend/angle to the left(shown in photos). Not worth the time and hassle of removing to return item, disappointed. Would have had a five star review otherwise.
