I bought this chair for my stepdaughter. It looks very nice and it is super soft. However the first time she fully sat in it, it collapsed and bruised her hand. We have it now stand up and she is using it but now it is VERY loud everything she moves in it.
I love my new chair. The only issue was the packaging (reason for 4 stars). It arrived and the box was destroyed. It was the original manufacturer box and paper thin. I was shocked that the chair frame was not damaged. Some of the screws had came out and were a bit challenging to reinstall. I did email the seller, with pictures, to let them know how it arrived. It took a week to heat back from them. They gave me 10 back.
