It looks so great! It came extremely fast, my kiddos loves it.. I used a drill to put together, everything was a one person job, except attaching the roof to the top bunk. One of my favorite purchases from . The directions were so small though, but it was fun.. As a single mother, being able to put this together was challenging. My kids kept coming saying youre doing a good job Mom. I love it!
Trundles are very hard to find in furniture stores anymore. I was a little hesitant about purchasing but this trundle is amazing! It fit perfectly under the bed and was very easy to assemble. The color match spot on with the bed as well.
This is perfect for both my boys. It did take us about 2 hours to assemble, but instructions are very clear. Its very sturdy. I love the grey. It was just high enough off the ground to put some storage bins for extra toys. I love the option of being able to separate the beds if needed. Very happy with it!
As other have mention, our 2 year old likes her big girl bed but be prepared for a few things. It took us about 3 hours to build it but wanted to share a few things: (1) not all the pieces are labeled as only a few have stickers, you need to look at the end of the other pieces as they will have a faint letter that will help (2) no words on the instructions, focus on pictures to help you determine the direction of the price (3) They dont recommend using power tools but the screws are so long it will take a time and power to do it by hand - I use it but I know have two screws I stripped and will need to deal with when we move (4) on Step 3/4, you will need a second person to help put all four sides together, recommend starting the screws but not tightening them to get all the pieces align
Other than that, it is a nice bed - a few cosmetic issues and the wood would not exactly align on the roof portion (drove me insane for 20 minutes)
Ensure to go out to dinner afterwards and get a nice bottle of wine so you can drown out the anger from the building it.
I bought these for my toddlers. Price was good, found better elsewhere, but opted for quicker delivery. These things are built right. Very smooth wood, everything you need is in the box including the tool. Overall an excellent buy. My only issues were that a few of the screw/connectors didnt function well. They got twisted and are actually sticking out more than they should. The Allen key they provide was just off size enough that it started to strip the interior of the screws. I had another one, so it wasnt a big issue. Lastly, with the new mattresses being foam, the slats that hold the bed up being closer together would be fantastic. The manufacturer recommends only a 2 spacing and the bed has about a 6 spacing. Not a huge deal, but would be worth a few extra bucks to have it all in the same wood and not have to make a trip to the HD or Lowes.
This goes great in my toddlers room. She loves climbing on it, and it has held up well over the past 7-8 months that shes been using it. My one concern is that it does wiggle quite a bit when bigger kids try to get on the top bunk. This is great for littler kiddos, but might not be sturdy enough for older elementary or middle school children.
