I got the dark-colored metal frame. It is simple rustic design wherein the mirror is completely embedded into a solid oval metal frame. It is not as heavy as thought it would be. There are provisions for installing it either vertical or sideways, a couple of hooks each at the back. The mirror is amazingly super clear and flawless.
This mirror arrived perfectly intact. It is beautiful and quite large. There are hooks on the back to hang it horizontally or vertically. I like that the frame extends about an inch beyond the mirror itself, I feel this offers a little more protection to the glass. Objects in mirror appear the same size as in reality, bo distortion noted. This is great for a bedroom or even a livingroom. it is large enough to use as a dressing mirror as, you can see your whole body if you just step back a few feet. This is a great modern look that could fit just about and decor.
At its current price (70, and I think thats a sale price) this heavy weight mirror is a steal. It comes with all the hardware necessary to install. Everything looks as it should. It came exceptionally wrapped in styrofoam sheets to protect it on its way to me. Im super happy with that, I always worry about breakable products when ordered online. I have the gold mirror. And although it looks exactly as it should, Im going repaint it a more appealing (to me) color.

I didnt have any issue with the frame being warped or scratched, and the mirror image was not wavy as other posters said. Perhaps those issues were fixed?
The only issue was that the product description said this was gold, and I received the matte black. I still think its a beautiful mirror, though.

This mirror is very pretty, and I do like the deep set lip, but i am very disappointed that my frame is slightly deformed. This doesnt look like a shipping issue, it looks like a manufacturing issue. You can see in my photo that the frame is slightly bent in around the top edge. Fortunately, if I hang it just right, the defect is almost imperceivable. The mirror is otherwise gorgeous, I dont notice any distortion in the glass, and it seems very well constructed. Its heavy, but not so heavy you need to be concerned about hanging it.
