Unfortunately, I could not use this beautiful mirror, even though I loved it. It arrived on time, well packed, in new condition, sturdy looking, and very nice looking. It was too overpowering for the small bathroom It was intended for. I wish I could have used it elsewhere. I sadly put it back in the box and dropped it off at a nearby Kohls, as directed by , to send it back to the manufacturer. My full refund appeared a day or 2 later. I even emailed inquiring about a smaller size, they answered the next day, but dont carry the size mirror I need. The experience, aside from my original size choice, was excellent and can state they are a solid company. Highest rating!
This mirror is so beautiful very contemporary but classy as well. From the side angle the frame is a beautiful thick gold frame. Front view the gold frame is a thin piece of metal ( which is why I say contemporary).
It came packaged well. This item is VERY HEAVY and well built. We didnt use the wall anchors they sent. We went with something a little more sturdy due to its weight. Over all very happy with this purchase.
This is a great mirror. It is very well put together, and feels solid. The frame is metal and so it is somewhat heavy but this means it doesnt look cheap or anything like that. It was packaged well and arrived without damage. Make sure you mount it securely! Were very happy with it for our recently remodeled bathroom.

Poorly painted frame
Mirror was more of an orange than a good. Frame was over sprayed and had dripping paint.
