I really like this couch so far. The color is as it appeared, and it fits really well into my tiny studio apartment. It is really comfortable to lay on, can can fit two people comfortably reclining, or up to 4 just sitting. Assembly was very easy, I only had to screw on the legs. The material seems sturdy, and I will update this review if it turns out not to be.
This was suppose to be blue jean but came gray. It had to be returned - none in stock and I really feel like the supplier thought we would just accept it because it would have been a chore to return. Also while comfy, the pillows did not detach and I was concerned that the seats might collapse. Would have been a keeper if the other accessories complimented what we had but we were looking for blue jean blue jean. Great in the space and very modern.
Arrived on time, well packaged with all parts. Color true ; sturdy, clean and no loose threads or other issues with fabric. Easy to install the feet. Only improvement that I would make is to velcro the ottoman and the chaise piece. It tends to rise just slightly when seated, but with time and weight, that will likely be no issue. Will update as soon as I have lived in it more than a couple of hours.
Delivery was great. Putting it together was very easy. The size is perfect (we have it in a small room/den). It pulls out very easily (our 6 year old can do it). Its solid and heavy and feel like a really good quality - doesnt feel flimsy. I debated a lot about a couch, and am very happy with this purchase.
Maybe it just needs to be broken in a bit, but the cushions are a bit firm.

Unboxing: theres two cushions stored under the couch itself in the zipped up area — youre not missing any pieces (unless theyre not there lol)
Opinion: its sturdy, kinda stiff but not uncomfortably stiff. Youll want some type of cushion or throw pillows — the arms are too short to comfortably use as a head rest or anything for that matter
The extended part is not swappable from side to side. Dont know how to describe this, but the L shape is fixed and I dont see how it can become reversible
Overall, its decent for the price and fits comfortably in a smal apt.
The blue version of this couch looks really, really cheap — the dark grey one doesnt

Solid couch
