I have three of these beds. I like the simple design and drawers with no handles for the kids to step on or hit on the way out of bed. Solid construction. The kids havent found a way to break them yet. Assembly wasnt too difficult. Some parts were tricky but overall it was easy. Doing the third was easy after all the practice.
I was a little nervous ordering this bed frame when I saw some of the reviews of the other models. This frame went together smoothly, instructions were clear, all parts were included, drawers work great and nothing was damaged in shipping. Great frame for the price. Happy with my purchase.
My wife loves this more than I do because of all the storage. The only regret we/she has is we didnt purchase the 12 drawer model.

This bed looks great and comes at a very reasonable price, and for the most part it does well. However, there are a couple things to keep in mind:
First, the frame overall isnt very rigid so it wont be square and properly aligned on its own, so when setting it up you have to be careful to make sure its square.
Second, if you dont carefully align the sides when setting it up, the drawers will be misaligned and wont seat flat against the frame (one side or the other will stick out when you close the drawer). I recommend that you ensure that its completely square (using the drawers as the gauge) before putting on the mattress and then dont move it after that.
Third, if you ever have to move the bed youll have to be very careful about it because its lack of rigidity means you cant just pick up one end and move it because itll cause the bed to deform and bend rather than move.
Fourth, the lack of rigidity means that the bed will squeak and make other funny noises when you move on it or sometimes even when you sit on it, and will rock and make a great deal of noise when performing any kind of rigorous movement on it (so dont count on any kind of privacy during intimate activities).
One possible solution to issues 1 through 3 is to remove the wooden slats that support the mattress and replace them with a piece of plywood that is screwed into the frame to reinforce it and add strength and rigidity. I dont know if this will help with the noise issue because thats due to lateral movement that a piece of plywood may not address. The noise issue may require reinforcing the corners of the frame to prevent lateral movement.
It is cheap, college grade bed. I did not have high expectations but did not expect to receive a bed with cracks in wood either.
It will serve its role for a couple of years. Not easy to assemble, took 2 people and 4 hours.
Moved from 10 room house to 4 room co/op in senior community. No extra storage space except for usual closets, so this bed with the six roomy drawers was perfect. Thank goodness I had pro movers who put it together. It took quite a bit of time but it feels very sturdy and secure.
The designer of this bed should really be appreciated for creating such a beautiful bed out of CRAP MATERIAL.
Nothing in this bed is of at/least OK quality. Not even a single piece of this furniture is actual wood. All is just saw dust and you should never tighten the screws beyond the end. The wood just snaps off at some point so should be careful while tightening the screws. I managed to snap the boards in two places, that too important places. Should always watch on the other side while tightening the screws.
They could have at/least had some good quality mid beams. The two mid beans are very soft and they just become powder while tightening the screws. Wood is only used for drawers I dont know what is the wood used but is very lite weight and should be extremely careful while assembling the drawers.
Before assembling this bed, you should read the review by Matthew C. Ziegler If you dont follow the steps mentioned by him, this bed is just a trash of saw dust. It took around 8 to 9 hours for me to put this bed together (
But, I am happy in the end. I was able to put it together without any alignment issues with drawers and all the drawers close completely. Will upload some pictures on how I did with corner braces for sturdiness.
Too many problems with screws seating into nuts (connectors). A lot of work with not all parts coded. Anyone with back problems should avoid this project. Was not stated clearly in description that so much assembly was required.

Great product for the price

This platform bed takes no extra space, looks great, and provides ample storage options.
Take your time putting this together. You will need a helper. Account for all parts before you start assembly. Once done, it was perfect.
Best Bedframe ever!

Looks good but not so strong
