I cant even begin to tell you anxious I was about buying this couch. Ive always believed you dont buy anything that demands this kind of commitment sight unseen. It arrived, and I was already prepared for disappoinment. It was very well wrapped, amingly soft, easy to put together, and the feet for the couch are very low to the ground but wide (in inexpensive furniture, these often break, but the design for these is really good). It was easy to put together, and then, we sat on it. Its just me and my husband, and we dont spend much time in the living room or we didnt until now. It is ridiculously comfortable. Add an oversized ottoman, and you can basically have a double chaise. We have cats 5 of them, and while they do seem to avoid deliberately scratching the couch, they do slide off of it from time to time. I recommend getting a conditioning and color kit as an emergency plan if you own animals, but overall, the leather wears just as well as the more expensive leather couches.
Very happy with these couches! Theyre definitely low and deep sitting, but that was the style I was looking for. The color is a beautiful cream / light beige, and the delivery men (who brought both couches into my house) were polite and efficient. The cushion covers are removable and, I assume, washable, which is a plus. When you sit on them they have somewhat of a plastic/y feel, not because of the covers themselves, but I think theres a plastic covering under the covers to protect the actual cushions. Not sure if this comes off, but its not too off putting and definitely doesnt take away from the couch. Overall its pretty comfy, well filled, and Im so happy I bought them!
Only reason I took off a star was because one of the couches was internally damaged by the fork life, breaking the wooden backboard where the metal fork lifted the box, but you cant see any damage from the exterior and the support s inside the couch are just fine, so I wont be returning it!

Im completely shocked that I was able to purchase at the 449 price point ( on sale ) / unreal. For context, Ive purchased 5 multiple couch over the last 5 years. 2 used, and 3 completely brand new.
This couch is by far the best purchase. So much so, I will purchase this couch AGAIN if needed. Heres why:

gorgeous color! I have the beige one and its on the lighter, whiter side of beige
its firmly soft; yes, this couch is more on the firm side BUT think of the firm as in mostly supportive Ive tested naps, sitting through a movie, and just reading a book with my pup. Never had a moment of discomfort its absolutely what I was dreaming of when getting a new couch
Its affordable and budget friendly
It looks expensive!!
Purchased a 1,000 sectional couch in the past from a well know furniture store that I had to THROW AWAY after 1.5 years because the couch completely buckled and it was too soft and cheaply made

Its probably better for smaller spaces; my living room area is about 14 x 13
if you have a large living room, it would be more like an XL love seat
Easily fits 2 people and a pup comfortably ; or 3 people can fit

this isnt fair because I still give this thing 5 but its difficult to spot treat. I used a fabric cleaner after realizing my pup added a small stain to it and DO NOT RUB OR SCRUB. This is a me issue more than anything LOL but if you scrub too hard on the fabric, it sort of wears the material
cushions arent reversable and im not sure how to find replacement cushions in the future without having to purchase a whole new couch

I got the leather chair on sale. Couldnt beat the price and Im thrilled with the chair. Height of arms is good (on higher side). Its not a napping chair, but its the perfect guest chair for my office. Cushions are firm but comfortable. I feel like the leather color is true to the picture.
For the price, I think this is a great purchase. Very modern, nice looking couch, easy to assemble (comes almost made) and also very sturdy! The cushions could have been a little softer though
Love this oversized sofa, sits me and my toddler comfortably with some large throw pillows I purchased. Awesome price compared to big box retailers for the look and quality.
