I love the ease of delivery. Living in a small NYC apt, this couch is great addition to my small living room. The grey color is a pretty heather grey. The cushions are removal for cleaning, and the fabric is soft. It comes pre/packed so I only had to screw the legs on. Not a heavy couch so i was able to assemble the legs and move it around by myself. I did sit on the couch arm and immediately heard a crunch which I realized meant I broke the wooden insert/ sucks. Otherwise a fine couch for the money.
This couch is not for everyone! It sits pretty low to the ground, so it is great for a short person but it will be a little low if you are 6 tall! It is well made but it is made with down, so that means that the cushions will go flat and you have to fluff them back up as you would with a down pillow! What I love about it is that it is low to the ground so I can sit comfortably on it bc I am short! Also the cushions are deep so if you like to sit with your legs folded under you as I do sometimes, this will allow you to do that!
Ive had this couch for a few months and its been great! The seats definitely have some firmness to them, which I actually prefer so they are still very comfortable. I also love the modern/MCM design and it fits perfectly in my new apartment.
The only issue I had was the shipping. The first one I received had a rip in it, but the replacement came shortly after and the pickup was a breeze.
Overall its been a great value so far, Im hoping it will continue to hold up well in the future.
I was so excited to receive my chair. Id been looking for one that was filled with down feathers. I read so many reviews and there was one that said the cushions were filled with feathers but wrapped so they wouldnt poke through. When I opened mine up I found that there was a tiny layer of feathers on both sides but a huge foam piece between them.
The chair is beautiful and sturdy but not as comfortable as Id like it to be for how expensive it is. If you are looking for a true cloud experience keep looking this isnt the chair for you.
As asked: I attached the legs myself. I liked it very much. I was luck I hired inside one room delivery. It wouldnt be possible for myself to move it inside my apartment at 2nd floor because it comes in one single peace plus the seats and backrests. The sofa didnt fit inside the elevator. so delivered inside room took care using the stair. I had just to screw the 4 feet.
I loved this couch at first and I still do love it from a comfort standpoint. However, the quality of the material it is made with is absolutely terrible. After 2 months of having it, it looks like it is 10 years old. The material pills up so easily and is very uncomfortable to sit on! Forget about sitting on it with shorts, it will irritate your legs to the point that the floor is more comfortable. I ended up submitting a return request for a refund. If the material of the couch was made better, I would give this 5 stars all around.
This sofa was easy to assemble / All that was required was for the feet to be attached. The sofa is very comfortable, it is NOT firm. Great for taking a nap! My husband is 63 and can comfortably sleep on it. My little dogs do like to scratch around before laying down and fabric after a few weeks the fabric does seem to be pilling around from that but its nothing a fabric shaver cant solve. Overall Id recommend this product!

Great at first, but bad quality shows quickly
