Its been over a year now, the couch still looks great. Applied scotch guard when we first bought it to be safe. Color hasnt faded, and the pullout couch is great for guests. We also have taken to using the pullout couch for ourselves when we want to lay down and watch tv in our living room. Pretty awesome.
We also really like the clearance of this couch, makes sweeping and mopping under it a breeze. And it sits high enough that no one suspects it has a bed inside.
From time to time we flip the back cushions so they fork back up to neutral. Otherwise the back cushions do get a bit out of shape from normal/extended use.
I love this couch. I love that I can move around the pieces as I want to. I also love that it doesnt pick up dog hair as badly as micro/suede or other materials. It is very comfortable and the only thing I would change is to add a way to velcro or strap the back cushions to the couch so they dont move as much. Really great product and very happy!
Looks fantastic! The fabric is really soft. The cushions are soft but not too soft. I love the chaise. Its my new spot. It was delivered at the time and day of my choosing. The delivery people were friendly and professional, helped open the box, waited until I said it all looked good, and even took the box when they left. The set up was a breeze. Just screwed the legs on and popped the cushions on.
Its scary to spend this much on a sofa you cant test out first but it was seriously worth every penny.

The material is really great for pet hair, as the hair easily brushes off rather than clings (a very important thing in a house with 2 huskies and a cat that shed).
The comfort level is really impressive. Its perfect for me, meaning its a bit on the firm side, so you dont sink into the cushions and feel like a potato anytime youre on it. Think firm support thats comfortable enough to nap on.
Notice the measurements on these couches, because they arent huge. However, the sofa is the perfect length for my narrow living room, and it has enough room for me to curl up on two of the cushions while my roommate sits on the third.
I will note that if you are one to lean against the arm of the couch while you sit, you will likely want a throw pillow, since the arm is straight up and down.
Lastly, the delivery service was /awesome/. I chose free delivery to room of choice, and received just that. The couches were set up perfectly in my living room in no time at all.
Great loveseat for a small apartment. I specifically ordered this because of the free scheduled delivery and assembly. The guys dropped it off, put it together, and took away the box within minutes. Sofa is comfy and great looking but just had a few minor threads sticking out.
I really like this couch so far. The color is as it appeared, and it fits really well into my tiny studio apartment. It is really comfortable to lay on, can can fit two people comfortably reclining, or up to 4 just sitting. Assembly was very easy, I only had to screw on the legs. The material seems sturdy, and I will update this review if it turns out not to be.
