We originally purchased the 12 version of this shower system and realized when we opened it that it was too big for our smaller shower. We ordered the 10 Brushed Nickel Shower System and are super pleased. The company that retiled our bath was able to install the system with no problems. The only negative comment I have is that I received an e-mail from the company with additional tips for installation several days after the work was complete at our house. The e-mail should have been sent out the day that the shower system was shipped.
I was shopping for many different rain style shower heads combo, and this one is easily the best one. The one we got was the 10 inches Brushed Nickel shower system, and all the parts that you can see that's not the internal components, are all brushed nickel metal. One of the biggest disappointment from the other products I was shopping for was that they were either too expensive, or there were too many plastic parts which I did not like. Highly recommended!

Its a complete system. no need to buy separate pieces. worry about compatibility. product looks and feels good.
Only thing to be seen is the longevity of the product. Through the years how it survives calcium deposits, expansion contraction and leaks through peak summer and winter days.
I was apprehensive at first to buy this shower set, but it was forth it. I used it in a small bathroom remodeling project. It came out beautiful and fairly easy to install. Installation instructions are very clear. The water flow and shower experience under the rainfall are amazing! The handheld also produces a nice flow. Very happy with my purchase and I would definitely recommend it.
Arrived on time and plumber indicated he has installed several of these in a new town home community. He said they are easy to work with and look nice.
