This seems like a very good faucet but I have to return it as the plumbing inspector mentioned that the water control valve needs to be ASSE 1016 rating and this is not.
When installing something and there are extra parts left over, there is worry... This company provides extra parts. Hey!.. just in case! I love this shower system and she loves it ( most importantly)!!! We kept going bought three of these systems for our bathrooms in the rentals. From the native OOTB protection while roughing, and tiling, to the finished trimmed out product, it does not get better than this. (...also the the instructions in the manual say please throughout... Whaaa? - love it!)
The pressure is strong and just the right pressure too. I wish the rainshower plate was bigger for the cost but it still does what it supposed to. Make me covered in water from the top. The installation looks great and sturdy. I can't say whether it was easy to install since I got a plumber to do that. The plumber said that the kit did come with everything for a new install.
Woke up at 2 am to the sound of running water, slipped and almost fell walking into a flooded bathroom. It gave no indication of a problem before. shut the main water supply off to investigate. Found the brass assembly cracked and that caused the water to leak at high pressure in the wall and in the shower with the control in off position, must be low quality brass and its very thin. pulled on it and the brass completely snapped off. What good is a repair warranty if you can`t trust the product?

The shower system is beautiful. I have not used it yet but the appearance speaks volume.

Love it in the new shower
Great addition to our new shower. Watch out when you switch from the rainfall to the handheld as it can surprise you!
