The rain shower system is well made. The material used is good, the finish is good and the shower does its job. The handheld and overhead pressure is good.
Then why but...
The valve they use is definitely poorly made. As water gets used anywhere in the house, the mixer (looks like they are using some kind of ball to control water flow - I have not opened the value o see but a guess on my side) in the valve makes very loud noise. It is loud that it can be heard anywhere you are close to plumbing.
I had originally given this shower system a 4 star but for the major design flaw in the valve making the noise bringing it down to 2.
It is absolutely gorgeous!!! Very fine and very well and delicates packed. I am remodeling my bathroom and I will for sure have a presentable one. Found it $180 cheaper than another store that I have a member credit card. I preferred to purchase it from here because of the cheaper price and fastest arrival. Thank you so much!
We renovated our bathroom and this shower is amazing for its price. I had looked at similar kind of showers Lowes and home depot. First I could not find anything comparable and price for the whole assembly was 3 times the cost of the product.. We have been using it for a months, its a great product.. Family is loving it..
Well worth the money! Couldn't find anything half as nice at Lowe's or Home Depot. Even came with a special cloth to polish the chrome. Especially like the fact that you can purchase replacement cartridges for the mixer valve. Would definitely buy again.
