I bought two sets for two showers. The instructions are pretty clear, but could be a little better on the measurement side. The material feels solid and heavy. Every single piece is very well protect and finished. Spare o-rings and allen key are included. I love the sleek design and the tactile feel is high quality.
After two years I had an issue with the house heating and the shower arm froze, cracking on the side. I called for a replacement and they sent me the part for free in two day.

I love the rain shower head and the ability to adjust it. I really like the pressure of the handheld. The only thing I wish it had was the ability to use the main head and handheld at the same time.
I can't say if it was difficult to install or not because I had someone install it for me.
I just received this shower head in the mail. We have not installed it yet. But this whole shower system is just so elegant and heavy duty. My husband is a contractor and is already in love with this product.

The shower head can tilt and if tilted forward the water pressure is stronger. My shower feels like a spa now. I strongly recommend
