The only issue that I had putting it together was securing the legs. When installing the bolt in the top hole of the leg it was a little too short when you use the washers and lock washers. So I did not install the lock washer.
Been waiting gut this to come from day of order. Kids loving every bit of it. Havent experienced any safety issues so far and parts /materials good quality ones.
It says its a two person job but I managed to build 90 of this on my own even with one bad arm. I only needed help getting the trampoline springs in place. Very sturdy structure.
We purchased this trampoline / / a year ago. It has been well/used by many children! The netting with zipper opening is great for safety. We have not had any problem with the trampoline itself.
We did need to get a replacement part for one of the bars holding up the netting. Customer Service was aming to work with. So helpful, kind and courteous. Sent us a replacement part quickly.

I have 5y and 2y kids jumping 8inches trampoline every day! Somethimes they have friends and neighbor kiddos over so 6/7y old kids. They are all fit in there and we never had problem with.
I LOVE this trampoline. It is very sturdy and easy to assemble. It arrived with no issues. I did have an odd circumstance and the customer service team went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help make it right and I couldnt be more thankful for their time, patience, understanding, and care. Truly couldnt be happier and I am so thankful I chose this trampoline.

I contacted the company email provided in the shipment box, and they got back to me and shipped out a new one right away. My toddler LOVES this trampoline and plays on it multiple times a day! Great product and great customer service! Very pleased!
Very pleased with this trampoline so far! Seems to be worth the extra money for a better product all around. Only reason I gave 4 stars is because the setup with the T brackets and base poles was a little confusing and required some rearranging of the poles to get the holes to line up correctly. Other than that setup went relatively quickly. Its definitely a two person job.
