I wanted to make a little me space down in my unfinished basement. I wasnt looking for something cry expensive but I did want it to be comfortable as I planned on using it to escape reality and have a inviting place to go when I need me time. It came very quick and it took me maybe 30 minutes to put it all together by myself. I will say, the boxes it comes in are awkward shaped and LARGE. So I did have to have help getting it inside. But it is SO comfy. Its a little on the firm side but I prefer that. The back is not that attractive but I cover it with a blanket. All in all, I would 10/10 recommend it to anyone.
What I like:
/Very practical for small apartment/studio.
/Comfortable as sofa.
/Decent quality and no smell.
/Storage compartment is great.
/Arrived in 9 days from Canada in 3 medium/sized packages; was able to move them alone with elevator.
What I dislike:
/Not so comfortable as bed: stiff cushions and uneven surface.
I wish:
/Instructions are presented all in pictures (not terrible), but wish made it clearer that using a drill is an option for attaching legs.
The couch is great for small spaces. Can be made a little bit more comfortable with throw pillows/blankets. I really enjoy the ottoman and being able to move it wherever i need it to be. BUT this couch is not worth 400. ive had it for about a week and the middle of the back support is loosened and people cant sit back or else the couch will break. im not sure how long this couch will last and thats disappointing for 400.
This couch isnt too bad, considering the price and that its from . Very easy to put together and great for small spaces! Cushions at first arent comfy but once they fully expand and you sit in them and wear them in a little, they are pretty nice. My cats seem to like it too, so its a win in my book. Great color too!
I bought this to replace 18yr old furniture. They definitely dont make furniture like they used to! That being said I bought this with the expectations of getting 2/3yrs out of it. Its perfect for small spaces! Its firm but comfortable. I love the versatility of the ottoman. It was fairly easy to assemble. BE CAREFUL, I put one of the backs in backwards and had to have a friend help me pull it out.
CON: I wish the back were a bit taller and possibly thicker. Its ok because I have backed up to a wall, but if I didnt I would be very mindful
OVERALL: I am pleased with this couch and would recommend
I spent like three weeks searching for couches (very disappointed that IKEA was out of Frihetens) and finally decided to bite the bullet on this one. It has everything I wanted: storage space, pull out bed, great length for taller guests but still small enough for my 500sq ft apt, and comfy pillows! The butt cushion is not the comfiest (a bit firm for my taste), but its honestly not terrible. I was expecting worse. It also came packaged very thoughtfully (hello cut guard paper and corner protectors!), arrived in a timely manner, and I was able to put it together very easily. My main constructive criticism is that the fabric is very thin. My kitten is not a big furniture scratcher but he does like to knead and his nails have gotten caught already a few times. I dont think the fabric will hold up well for us in the long run, but well see. Overall, VERY satisfied though!
This sofa was inexpensive but exactly what I wanted. Our space is small but this fits perfectly in our sitting area. This sofa is fairly comfortable and was not real difficult to put together. Perfect for me and my fur babies. Only con is one cushion did not fully puff up to be even with other sofa cushions.

Decent Couch

Sofa meets my needs
