Well first off its been only a day since we got our couch and we were amed that they shipped it. Because we live in remote Alaska and not everything is shipped out here, my wife said she will believe it when she sees it. She seems to love it and appreciates the couch the one we had was getting ratty. I would say its comfortable the cushions were a bit flat at first and as the day progressed they became fluffier, but the back cushions are bit flat I will say, and the stuffing tends to shift around when you press on it. I would give it a better rating if they had the same stuffing in them if they were the same material. I cant say much right now I was going to wait a month or so before I said anything but right now its comfortable and the price is cheap compared to Bethel AK prices same couch would go for 800.00 dollars. If I were to order another couch I would of shopped a bit more. But Im happy it made it one piece.
I really like this couch. Two boxes arrived one day, I contacted the seller about the missing third box and they notified me through email that it should arrive soon and even gave me a tracking number, it arrived the next day. Its very easy to assemble. They give u the screws, tools, and pegs, it doesnt come with a screw driver but thats not hard to get, just get a normal sized screw driver that isnt too small for your hands. Put on the bottom supports, and the wheels for the bed mechanism on first before you put the whole couch together so you you wont have to take it apart again. Im 65 and the thing still fits me comfortably. I like that its firm. I have become a bit over protective of it lol. I put covers down all over it for when I am laying down. The storage is a decent size, I put the blankets, pillows, and some extra clothes inside. Over all, this is the best purchase that I have made so far. For the price its well built.
I purchased this sofa for a couple of reasons and so far its working out nicely:
/ fit through my narrow basement door/stairs which had caused me to buy this in the first place. Comes in 3 boxes. Anything that was too large I just took out of the box and brought down easily.
/ when extended into a bed we found that both of us could stretch out comfortably (both 57), no wobble
/ rear of the couch looks relatively normal
/ installation could go a tiny bit smoother, but we got it together in about 30/40 mins. Check all screws before you start, some of them were loose from transport. We also had to loosen some of the connectors a bit as they were too snug to have them reach each other/connect. Additionally the instructions did not indicate to attach the second pair of wheels (included) to the slide/out mattress. We were confused at first.
/ yes, the couch is on the firmer side but the people saying this is hard as a rockhave you sat on a rock? While firm, the cushions you sit on definitely have some bounce to them, and the back cushions are SUPER comfy. I just fall back into their softness. The material is very smooth/soft to the touch / however if I had seen this couch in person I would have possibly opted for something a bit more more robust/thick due to my dogs. For now they are banned from the couch as I fear one of their nails can easily rip a hole in the material. For careful adults, this couch is fine.
/ storage! We have not had to use this yet but I love how versatile this unit is! Reversible chaise, storage, and a mattress style for this price? Yes!
/ mattress, while I have not tried sleeping on this I think it will be fine and plan on getting a mattress topper in order to maximize the experience for guests.

Came in 2 separate boxes, fits nicely in my apartment, but its not very comfortable and the instructions were hard to follow. Took longer to assemble than I would have liked due to the issues of not being able to understand the instructions, but worth it for the price if you are in a pinch.
During covid I did not want to buy furniture before trying it out, I really needed to see items in the store. The alternative was to buy this as a stop gap until covid subsided. I am glad I did. It is firm but a comfortable firm. Does not look half bad and feels very sturdy. I currently have one of these in my office and one in my daughters room. Love them, sit and lay on them all the time. Assembly was simple, but after almost a year still have the cardboard boxes I need to cut down and not looking forward to it. But if thats by biggest problem its a huge huge win! I think I got it for 350 at the time of purchase and would pay or recommend that price to anyone. Overall impressed with the quality, and look for the money

It came sooner than expected super easy to assemble seat cushions are really comfortable and thick but the back cushions are not theyre thin so buy some pillows but all in all seems sturdy so far so good
