Remember trailer furniture? Well that was probably better. Although its very firm, its doable. The back cushions are very cheap and wont last long. The bottom cushions are pretty thick, but the seams are crookeded. Very noticeable. The material will wear quickly and its very dull although softness is ok. I put a cover over this couch and it looks much better. The chaise is not attached just a cheap foot stool. The legs are thin plastic and need furniture protectors. I probably could have got a better, new couch at the thrift store or big lots. But its doable if you dont treat it rough. Its good for a small room too and small people.
We love this couch so much, its pretty comfortable and easy to assemble. I saw some others had issues, but we didnt. It was ridiculously easy to do. Most things already came assembled, we just had to connect the pieces and screw the feet on. We love the trundle feature, in fact we keep it pulled out when we are lounging on it. Its true, you can feel the support beams inside the couch, but if you dont sit directly on them, its way better. No one has complained sleeping on it, either
The assembly too some time. I had to reposition the tracks for the back cushions to slide in to place. Over all the couch looks good and it is worth the price for the look. The comfort is ok. Not really a cushy couch
Easy assembly. Quality materials solidly built. Very responsive. After reporting damage to one of three boxes during shipment, this company responded promptly sent a replacement. I will certainly order from them again given the opportunity.
Its okay for a starter couch. Comfort is 7/10 I ordered the dark grey and came a blue/grey. The smaller back piece does not sit evenly in the back. So one side is leaning
The sofa is quite elegant and the fold out function works quite well. It will come in three separate shipments, so dont be surprised if you only get a third of the couch at first. It is reasonably quick to assemble. It is a cozy couch for the price. Not too firm not too soft. In my experience, the third part arrived damaged from shipping. I contacted the seller and they were kind and easy to work with. They sent me a brand new replacement section and it arrived within days. Thank you Lisa from for your help!

OK for a first apartment
Size and ease of assembly great for small apartment. Not so comfortable for sitting and only a small person would be comfortable sleeping on it.
Poor construction, poor design, a loose screw poked through the fabric causing injury to assembler
