Simple to put together. I ordered 11 fabric storage cubes and they are a tight fit and hard to move in and out of the cubby. Order 10.5 cubes if you can.
Very sturdy, in fact my 400 lb. daughter-in-law sat on it and it held up. However she did not sit on it long. I am guessing that 200-250 lbs. is the maximum weight it should hold for any length of time. I found baskets to fit in the cubbies perfectly.
The Product arrived quickly - within 2 days of ordering. It was exactly as described and assembly instructions were excellent. Assembly took 15 minutes.

Colour is definitely black, not the brown shown in images. Aside from that, its not a very expensive looking piece.. very cheap looking like something that would be in a college apartment. Does the trick in the meantime though!
LOVE it! I put it under my window in my craft room and use it to store craft supplies. My cats like laying on top of it and it has just the perfect height. It was super easy to put together and totally recommend it.
