Great value and perfect size for our needs. My only issue would be that the edges on the cushions seem to be fraying. Might have to find cushions elsewhere soon. Other than that we are happy with our set.
This set is exactly what I was looking for. I needed something that wouldnt overpower my florida room, I wanted it modern, I wanted it grey, and I wanted to maximize use. This is our couch, as well as a place to eat, and the kids love the ottoman chairs.
This set isn't huge. It serves its purpose well. you can comfortably lay on it if you remove the back cushions. I find it comfortable. I've been using the ottomans has foot rests too. they fit nicely under the table!
I had an issue with one of the ottomans and customer service was AMAZING. prompt replies, sent out replacement part i needed, wonderful to work with.
If you are looking for a couch like in your house, this isn't for you. but if you want something nice, modern, compact, and has many uses, BUY IT. i love it. its adorable. and I've had so many compliments on it.
Bought the brown with cream pillows. Not very cushiony but ok just bought back pillows. Otherwise it looks beautiful. My item did come a little damaged. No big deal I can request an exchange. However different customer service answer my emails and different responses are said. Again I could deal with it if by now my replacement was done. So as of today still nothing. This is the first time I do a review. I scored them 4 stars because the product is nice. Pillows are not very comfy but you can go to Big Lots or here and buy some. I give customer service ZERO stars. So between the two 3. If I get this fixed soon I will give the the 4 stars.
The furniture looks great but is small so take that into consideration. The furniture is low so if your trying to fill a space with large furniture, look else where.
PROS: It looks awesome. The table height is great for eating. I bought new pillows and using those are much better. Easy to assemble but it does take awhile. The price is great. Great seating for small area.
CONS: Not the most comfortable and I don't want a lot of weight on it.
Overall I'm happy, but take the size into consideration. I live in the city and it's perfect for my back yard because it's lower and smaller.
This set is beautiful to look at, the only thing is the seats are not deep enough. Its very nice to sit at, and the table is great height to dine at. Difficult to lean back and relax though. I do really like the set just wish the couch was deeper to relax on. Also the cushions on the ottomans slide off easily.
This was a uniquely designed patio set that quickly caught my wife's eye. First off, it's the wife's favorite color. Second, it can seat quiet a few people.
So far, the wicker material is holding up well with no issues and pretty sturdy...we will see after a season or two.
(-1 STAR) My only gripe is the level of comfort. The cushion isn't very thick. For the money, I'd expect the cushions to be thicker (since the expensive part really is in the cushions). Plus, the little cushions on the smaller pedestal seats are just laying on top with no way to anchor them down. I wouldn't recommend leaving this in a windy area. As of right now, it is tolerable but I will probably seek out a nice thick set of cushions to replace them with.
As of right now, the wife's happy...therefore, I'm happy with the purchase.
This set is so awesome. Our family had been wanting something like this for ages, but other places had us priced out. We saw it at my aunt's house and HAD to have it, once she told us what she paid for it. The set up took a little time, but the payoff was huge. This instantly upgraded our screened in porch from catch-all seating, into a whole other living space. We've used it nearly every day since we purchased it, and about a month later, we still love it. The one thing we're doing is adding velcro tape to see if we can hold the pillows on better, as they fall forward a good bit when kids sit - I'm not sure if it'll work, but it's about my only complaint thus far. We are also taking a note from some other reviews that use zip-ties to hold the sectional pieces together, b/c they do slide apart without them.
This set was perfect for our balcony to double as a lounge area and dining area for my family of five. It was easy to build and looks awesome but I will say the fabric stains very easily.

Liked the ease of assembling. Perfect for seating and table use on patio/pool area.

Easy to build but fabric stains easily
