At first I was happy about the customer service fixing the situation: the table arrived damaged. What we didn't realize is that one of the couches had damage more that what was visible because of the rattan. Since it seemed minor we didn't make a big deal. Four months of use and the couch is broken completely. The metal bar is broken and protruding through the rattan. I reached out about getting (even purchasing) one replacement section but since it only comes in a set nothing is done to correct the situation. Disappointing!
What we thought was a good deal is actually not if it cannot be sat on for four months. This was not stored on deck in winter weather and it was taken care of for the four months of use. Only buy if you want it for one summer.
The set is so pretty in gray and looks so nice on our deck. We have had 9-10 people around it, but usually dine with a family of four. The tablespace is sufficient for fun meals. Because of the small ottomans we can fit many around the table! It is low furniture, as I read in a review before purchasing, but is still easy for us to get up off the couches. We live on our deck and call it our outdoor living room with the addition of these couches.
Upon arrival, one end of the tabletop had some damage. We had waited a while for it to come and so of course we were disappointed that it was not perfect. I wrote to write away and was given the contact info to contact the company directly. We heard back from the company quickly, asking for photos and a better explanation of the damage. I sent the info requested and hoped that they would have a fair solution. This is where the magic happened...they sent a note and asked for our patience as they sent a replacement. We are so grateful! The new tabletop is now on and perfect! And it makes me believe in my purchases more when we have good services from the companies from which they sell.
Although this appears to be a good patio set and priced appropriately, doesn't feel like this will last more than few winters. The cushions are decent, not very comfy. The table top came damaged and I'm working with the seller to get a replacement/refund.
This really is just what I was looking for. I wanted something that we could relax on in front of the fire pit but I also have a dining option. Its definitely not as wide of a couch as I would have liked. Makes it a little harder for people to just sit back and relax on. It was a pain to put together, but looks beautiful and will definitely serve its purpose.
Love it! It looks so nice and was pretty easy to assemble. My only complaint is I wish the seating area was deeper and it would be nice if the cushions could somehow strap to the frame so they stay in place. Other than that, so far we are very pleased!
I had to wait for the rest of the packages but the assembly was quite easy with the manuals. I really liked the finishing look to it since it matches my house. I really liked it and might buy another one if these ever rip or they get old.
