Only complaint I have is that the item arrived without the hardware to assemble it. I had to call and get the company to mail the piece out. Otherwise the stand is stunning
Let me start by saying I LOVE this tv stand looks so beautiful in my living room! I wouldnt of been able to set it up on my own but thankfully for me my grandpa is a genius when it comes to stuff like this. The only reason im not giving it a 5star is because they had sent me 2 OF THE SAME PIECES!! Which made it harder and longer setting it all up. I thought i was going to have to send it back or have to wait even longer then what i already had for the right piece but like i said my grandpa is a genius when it comes to putting things together so he was still able to set it all up. But i feel like for the amount of money i spent which was 400 someone should of been more careful when they put all the pieces together before it was shipped. Other then that i have no complaints.
I love my fireplace/ tv stand. It had some defects thats by the fireplace, I guess thats why I bought the warranty. Thank God. Overall the fireplace is beautiful !
I like the overall look of the fireplace but putting it together was rough. I was sent two of the same side shelf walls so I had to improvise because brackets wouldnt fit. It was an inconvenience and more work for me to make it work and look right. Luckily I had the proper tools to make it work when I shouldnt have for the price. At first the fireplace wasnt making noise but now when you turn the heater on it makes a motor noise. Im not sure if its suppose to do that or not but its not that bad.
First of all, my A board came damaged with a huge dent in it. Luckily it was on the underside of the top, so its not noticeable. Paint chips away easily if youre not super careful assembling. Manual is not clear / does not tell you to put the fireplace crystals in BEFORE you attach the fireplace to the tv stand. I put the top, middle, and bottom together in the wrong places, so keep an eye out when you assemble to make sure all the holes are in the back (duh, thats on me). It is sort of flimsy chipboard, but it feels sturdier when you put the top on. Overall its still a good value for the money, and it looks so awesome. Heat output is pretty good, remote is easy to use.
I really like this tv stand and fireplace. Modern, clean, and looks really cool. Only problem was several pieces were scuffed or scratched and it is way to heavy to deal with a return.
