The paint used is terrible. you cant bump it or paint will rub off. Certain places. it will heat up a room if left on a few hours there are no settings for high or low just one setting is what you put the temperature on

The instructions are lacking in some information. pay close attention to the front and back of all the panels or the predrilled holes will be in the front.
And it glues up their are a lot of peaces to this puzzle.
The finish scratches super easy.
The heater fire front is nice works good.
Overall I give it a C grade.
I have mixed feeling about this purchase. First of all it should be split into 2/3 boxes because its waaaaay too heavy. It was left on my doorstep and I had to unpack it from there as it was too heavy to pick up! Secondly it was missing a set of directions (there should have been two included) so I had to download it on my phone which was a pain to keep referring to the phone. Its quite a few pieces, they are heavy and awkward so you will definitely need another person. Towards the end the final screws were really difficult to access and attach. Finish product was nice but Im not sure it was worth the trouble.

Wanted so much to be happy with this product. But was very damaged on arrivle replacment parts also damaged. Always sad when you pay full price for something that should be perfect unless i mess it up .
I like the tv stand, but it is not the one that is pictured. It is a different model that was received and the flames are not colorful. It is also black and not grey. The shelves are not lighted, there are doors on the one I was sent. We made it our own and purchased lights to make it look similar, but we shouldnt have had to do that

A stubborn assembly
The assembly of this thing can be tedious . But when it lights up at the end it kind of makes it worth it
Price hike is laughable
This was 350 around a month ago and now 650? Ridiculous for the materials its made out of
Nice but needed better packaging to avoid damages.
Really nice fireplace but one of the panels came broken.
