Absolutely love this chair!!!! Went on vacation and had this on my balcony so I decided to get one for my lady lair! Will definitely purchase two more for my patio. As far as the assembly goes, my husband and father put it together. Took them about an hour and they cursed and moaned the entire time.
Our 12 yr old son loves this chair, but he complains that it hurts his butt and back. The cushion has minimal padding so the ropes are felt on these areas. I just sat in the chair for 30 minutes and I have to get up for this reason. Suggestion to the company: send an additional cushion or upgrade what it comes with please.
Purchased this swing for my husband for a retirement gift a couple months ago.
Assembly: Very easy to assemble. Trust me when I say that because my husband is not a fixer upper/contractor guy. We had it assembled in about 20 minutes.
Sturdiness: I chose this swing for size and sturdiness. The /ratan type material appears and feels very sturdy and strong. Holds up well when sat in. My spouse if 6 tall and weighs around 220. And this chair holds up well when sat in.
Comfort: The cushion is great and comfy.
The only downside to this chair is the upper part pushes your head forward a tad making it a bit uncomfortable. If the manufacture would adjust the upper part of the chair to curve back a little this chair would be perfect!
Would be great if the cushions were offered in other colors. It is just a matter of time before the white/cream stains.
Price: I found this swinging chair during a sale and gave around 300. I find the price I gave very affordable and a great find!
