I purchased thinking it came assembled. But it showed Up in one box. I spent 3 days waiting for the rest. Called fedex asking where the rest of the shipment is and then my daughter came to visit and discovered everything is in one box. It might be great but I will never know because at my age I cant put it together and cant afford to pay someone to do it
The cushions are two different tones. It sits VERY low to the ground (Im 53). I built a base for it to sit on to add height. If it wasnt for the headache of returning I would have. Only worth half the price I paid for it, if even that.
Purchased this set for my homemade patio in the back of my house. I was able to assemble this by myself in about and hour and a half. Came neatly packaged and everything came without any damage or missing pieces. Cushions were individually wrapped in plastic. Very comfortable and has stood up to a couple of thunderstorms. I removed the cushions and glass table top, stacked the table and ottoman on top of the sectional and everything was fine. I finally got a gazebo so now I dont have to remove the cushions. The back and side cushions do move around with the wind so I attached some velcro to the back and it worked out fine. Highly recommend this set and I plan to order some additional pieces to add to it!
Assembly was a little tedious but nothing too frusterating. Loved how it turned out! Comfy enough that I have napped on it a couple times. Perfect size for our front porch.
Shipping: The product came in two very large (50-80 lbs.) boxes that arrived a few days apart. The seller provided me with the tracking information for the second box quickly after I requested it. Boxes clearly say dont cut the boxes because you can damage the rattan surface. Everything is so meticulously packaged that I really worried about getting it all back in should something be wrong.
Assembly: This was the worst part. The little Allen wrench tool was my demise. Especially when the holes were right up against the surface and I couldnt turn the Allen wrench any more. I regretted not buying an Allen wrench drill bit from Harbor Freight to turn what was a six hour job into a 30 minute one. I recommend slowly tightening the bolts since there is slight misalignment but it disappears after you tighten everything. I also encountered three screw holes with welted metal inside. I was able to chisel out the welded metal from two but not on the third piece. Ironically, this was after I assembled the entire module and only the table was left. I reached out to the seller for a replacement J part. Which they sent me promptly after I sent a photo of the welded metal. It came about a week after my request.
Finishing: I sprayed the entire unit with outdoor Scotch Guard and replaced the pillows with some that matched my decor. I also used long anti-slip rug mats under the cushions to avoid them sliding - which they especially did after spraying the cushions with Scotch Guard.
Quality: The furniture is on my covered patio and is protected from the elements so I cannot comment on water resistance. The cushions are thin but have not turned to pancakes like others have mentioned. I have been using this product all day for a week and I see no difference (I weigh 138 lbs.). It offers moderate comfort but the pillows I added provide the additional support I need. I will say that I was surprised how low to the ground the seat was, even for me and Im 5 2. I had wished it was taller when I finished building it but Ive grown to love it after using it for a week.

It was a little smaller then I thought (maybe measure wrong) but it is nice and sturdy. It did take time to build. Easy to do but just need time a couple of hours or so. It is waterproof and it came with the two throw pillows. It was in 2 boxes. They did arrive different days.
Im so disappointed. The cushions will not stay on the furniture. They pieces will not stay together. Any movement moves the cushions off the seats and the seats apart. It feels like its slanted forward so when I lay on it I feel like Im rolling off. Its so uncomfortable. Also some of the screw holes wouldnt line up. It looks good but its a terrible design. Id send it back but it took me 4 hours to put it all together by myself.
Update: I used zip ties to hole the pieces together l used Velcro to keep the cushions on. Much better
For about $400, this was a nice purchase. With many of these kinds of furniture set, you can expect some headaches with assembly and that definitely could be the case with this. A tip for folks out there that want to buy this and put it together themselves: make sure you either have some hex type drill bit attachments or can go to your local hardware store (or buy this on !) This is indeed helpful for you to get this all assembled quickly. Of course, you can swap out the hardware for comparable flat-head or phillips screws, as well.
Overall, this is definitely a good set of outdoor patio furniture. No complaints. I have used it many times already for guests and have taken some comfy pre-summer naps outside with plenty more of those to come. I recommend this purchase.

Probably worth it to pay more and get more functionality and comfort out of a product like this. The cushions will never stay put.
They are according to the price.
It bothers me a little that the back and side cushions do not stick to the furniture and move easily. Everything else is fine.

Little difficult to build

Looks good but Very Uncomfortable
Im so disappointed. The cushions will not stay on the furniture. They pieces will not stay together. Any movement moves the cushions off the seats and the seats apart.
