This trundle looks fantastic! It shipped quickly and was packaged well. My 14 year old put it together herself in about 40 minutes (she said it would've taken less time if she didn't need to use the Allen wrench it came with) We have been using it for nearly a week and it seems quite sturdy. The wheels on the trundle make it easy to put away each morning.
I used this with an IKEA trundle. Unfortunately IKEA didn't have the trundle so I ordered this one. It fits perfect underneath but its not sturdy at all and will not last long. I had to use longer screws for the slats because the ones that came with them stripped immediately.. If I didn't throw the box away I would have returned this.
This bed is great! We bought it for our 4 year old, but its sturdy enough that we can easily lay down with her. The metal bar under the slats is great and eliminates the need for the posts under the bed (so makes it easier for more under bed storage) the design also doesnt take up excess room. The one we received was flawless..no chips or scratches on the paint and it was packaged well. Wed definitely buy this bed again.
Excellent fit and finish to the wood,. All assembly parts were there and all were high quality. Very sturdy once it was all put together. For the money I'm not sure you could get a better bunk bed. Very happy with this purchase!

Instructions could be a lot better, its pretty easy to mix up the orientation on a few pieces. I have a hard time believing this will hold 400lbs per bed on a regular basis. The steps to the top bunk probably wont be able to take more than 150lbs. A couple of them are held together by just wood nubs that I wouldnt dare try to step on and Im only 200lbs. Speaking of nubs, it was missing 4, good thing I found some in the garage. Put it in single bed formation if using for adults. Since its for little kids Im not too worried about weight and hence the 4 stars. But I would never buy this bunk for two adults, you really need a stronger wood like oak. Also, more slats would be nice, you can feel them when you sit, but once again, kids wont care or feel it.
I purchased this bed for my 2.5 year old son. We got the bed put together and a mattress on the bed today. Its been a few hours and the piece that hold the metal beam on the foot end of the end came off. There is no way to screw it back in. Not nearly as good of quality as it seemed initially.
Surprisingly good quality. Bought for our 11 and 12 year old boys. The bed was fairly simple to assemble by following the directions, although it was quite time consuming.

Very low to the ground
This bed is much lower to the ground than a typical bed. Check out the measurements before ordering.

Piece broke after only several hours.
